The Auction of condemned and unservicable computers is on 04/03/2013 from 12:00 pm .The interested parties and vendors can come to the vidyalaya and after physical verification can participate in the auction and the highest bidder will have to take back the materials on the same day after paying the amount at his/her own cost
Interested parties may visit the School from 1.2.13 to 15.2.13 on all working days from 10am to 12pm for inspection of articles and quote rate and submit the same in sealed cover superscripted “Rate for Condemned articles”. It will be opened in the presence of vendors and condemnation committee members at 10.30 AM on 16.2.13 and articles will be sold to highest bidder.It will be the sole responsibility of the higher bidder to take the sold/auctioned articles the same day at his/her cost.
